THE COLLABORATIVE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

The collaborative communication system is a continuation of one of the works within CITY SUITS. This interactive sculpture was born from the idea that profitable progress within technology distances us further from our connection with each other. The viewer moves the handle, so that the chest moves forward, the arms back and the leaves up, towards the viewer. The sculpture thus sends a warning signal from a change in body posture. All this is created without technology but through an interactive movement exchange with each other. The importance of non-verbal communication, the power of our body and our mutual connection are central in this sculptural interaction.

KILO KILO X INTO THE WOODS

In collaboration with a steel artist, on behalf of KILO KILO for the festival Into The Woods, this sculpture was created. The work represents a powerful woman who looks out over the dancing crowd and welcomes them at the gate of the pop-up store. A landmark had to be created, made exclusively from the second-hand clothing sold at KILO KILO. The figures and the costumes are therefore made of residual material, including textile and plastic.
